Team Energy^2 took charge of the renovations of Hamilton Ave and had it not been for major construction delays/problems with the first contractor, their house would have been done in time to have the contest with Team Green Seed who took charge of Harristown. When it became clear that we couldn't get both homes done at the same time, Energy took charge of the mini-flip at Lincoln with great results.
The house is as beautiful as the location is great so in addition to Hamilton being the new focus of the common sense project, it'll also become home when it's done :)

At the beginning of the project, Team Energy2 was put in charge of the house at 244 Hamilton Ave. The original board members were:
